Boerne (pronounced /ˈbɜrni/) is a city in the Hill Country of Texas in the United States. It is the county seat of Kendall County. Boerne was named in honor of Ludwig Börne, a German author and publicist, and its population was 6,178 at the 2000 census. The city is noted for the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case City of Boerne v. Q. . my daughter-in-law will not quit terrorizing my family. we haved moved 3 times...lost jobs, and been financially ruined. My son's, and mother, and myself, have given statements to Sr. peace officer, head of Insurance fraud, in Austin Texas, and complained heavily to all peace officers in Boerne. This woman has only been arrested, so far, for insurance fruad, concerning her falsifying information on the insurance reports. Well, I live in Louisiana and Louisiana is right next to Texas. I had a son with a bowling partner in elementary school and I heard this story a long time ago. It is a true story. The older daughter had burned down the house. The fire insurance will not pay unless you get a lawyer and press charges. It is a felony charge. It was a hard decision to make as it was their daughter but they had no other choice and they pressed charges and the daughter went to prison for years. They got the money and built a new house.
