For my senior project ( this was 4 years ago) i wrote about the history of the internet which was mainly about Tim Berner Lee who invented the internet. Another good topic can be about the rise of Microsoft or Apple. The history of computers ( i tried that first but there is too much info). For the physical part of my project i created web site templates. Other neat suggestion if you are interested in photoshop why dont you try making a manga or a comic and using ps to edit it. Also other computer related projects include building a PC in front of them. You can do flash macromedia if you know how to do that. You can make a website. If you've got a cable modem (which I assume you do with Comcast), then you need to purchase a device called a router. Plug the modem into the router and both computers into the router as well and you'll be able to share the same internet connection.
